Nature

sarahgdraper1

Research shows that 20 minutes hiking reduces cortisol and 30 minutes walking or sitting in a park can help lower blood pressure and heart rate. If you have 10 minutes, step outside and enjoy a reset by taking in the sounds, smells, and sights of the natural world around you. If you have an hour, take a walk. No earbuds, no devices (put it on airplane mode in your pocket if you want it for safety) - just wander and immerse yourself in nature. You’ll be amazed at what you experience!
