Hello!

I'm Sarah Draper.

Performing well requires a lot from you. It's one thing to perform well in the short-term. It's entirely different to be able to do it for the long haul. As a leader, you're expected to both personally perform and ensure the high performance of those you lead. How do you do this without burning out? How do you keep them from burning out? The answer is by focusing on sustainable performance as a high-impact leader

Live Well

Living well is the foundation for sustainable performance. It often starts with our physical wellness - nutrition, exercise, weight, sleep - as those are generally the first things we notice changing. But so much more also contributes to our well-being, such as meaning, engagement, relationships, boundaries, and mindfulness. I thrive in helping you in all aspects of your well-being.

Lead Well

High-impact leaders appreciate the effect they have on the performance of their people both directly and through their organization's culture. If your culture is unwell, your people will be too. If your priorities and practices are misaligned, your people will struggle to perform well sustainably. Together, we can begin to understand your organization's impact on your human sustainability to shift those in a positive direction.

Please reach out if you're interested in learning more about sustainable performance for high-impact leaders!

My Story

As a West Point graduate, an Army veteran, and an FBI special agent for 20 years, I know what it means to serve and perform. I also know the toll that leading in high-impact and high-consequence environments can take on your physical wellness, your emotional well-being, and your relationships, which is why I now focus on sustainable performance.

I have an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University; I'm a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Positive Psychology Practitioner, a Resilience Practitioner, and a yoga instructor. I was a collegiate rower, an Army Master Fitness Trainer, and an FBI Physical Fitness Advisor; and I spent many years as an Employee Assistance Program peer and coordinator. I'm also a proud member of the International Women's Forum, the global network of women leaders.

I concluded my FBI career as an instructor at the prestigious FBI National Academy, a residential educational program for the world's top law enforcement leaders. Using evidence-based tools, education, and experience, I've helped hundreds of executives from around the world renew their vitality, restore their relationships, regain their purpose, and lead wellness culture change.

I currently live in Boise, Idaho, with my husband and two kids. I believe in living the life you're working for and love to run, bike, ski, travel, teach yoga, and help people live well and lead well!
