Week 6 is about learning to pause. Pausing isn't always about calming - but it is always about being intentional. It helps us to honor all the previous steps and is necessary for us to learn and grow.
When we skip this, progress becomes unsustainable.
How to pause? Time in nature, meditation, prayer, journaling, gratitude, sleep, or breathwork are all good places to start!
